How do I know if I can bring my own device to mobile365?
Bringing your phone to mobile365 is typically the fastest, easiest, and most economical way to join mobile365. To bring your own phone, first check if your phone is compatible with the mobile365 network. Not all phones have the same network hardware, and it may not work well with mobile365's network. If your phone is not compatible, we recommend purchasing a new phone from mobile365. Second, your phone must be unlocked to switch to mobile365. If your phone is locked, you must contact your current carrier and request it be unlocked.
How do I join mobile365 once I’ve checked if my device is compatible?
After checking if your phone is compatible, follow these steps:
- Purchase a mobile365 SIM Card and a mobile365 Plan.
- Replace the existing SIM card in your phone with the new mobile365 SIM Card.
- Optional: Request to transfer your phone number to mobile365 after installing new SIM card.

Can I keep my existing phone number if I bring my device?
Most phone numbers can be transferred to mobile365, but please check the transfer eligibility of your existing number. After you have installed your new mobile365 SIM, contact us via 1-877-590-4728, or visit a store, to complete the transfer process. When you contact us, you will need to share the following information with us to complete the transfer request.
- Previous Carrier Name
- Previous Carrier Account Number
- Account Pin Number
- Phone Number to be Ported In
What is a SIM card?
SIM stands for Subscriber Identity Module. The SIM card identifies your phone to the network. You will need a mobile365 SIM card to connect to mobile365’s Network.
Will the mobile365 SIM card work in any device?
Yes, the mobile365 SIM S fits all GSM phones. There are 3 varied sizes that can fit most phones. When you pull out your previous card, you can match it to the mobile365 one. See video instructions on how to replace your SIM.
Can I bring other devices like laptops or mobile hotspots to mobile365?
Yes, if your device has a cellular radio in it that is compatible with mobile365’s network, you can use it. Refer to the device manufacturer’s website for details. If you have questions, take your device to the nearest mobile365 store and we’ll be happy to help you.
