Who is eligible for Go5G Military or Go5G Plus Military?

Customers with eligible military status and their families, including active duty military, veterans, National Guard, Reserve, and Gold Star family members are eligible for Go5G Military or Go5G Plus Military. Military individual must be the primary account holder and account must maintain a valid military line. mobile365 for Business customers are eligible for up to 12 lines; however, government accounts are not eligible. No Credit Check and Prepaid customers are not eligible.

Will I automatically be enrolled in Go5G Military or Go5G Plus Military if I have eligible military status?

No, to activate Go5G Military or Go5G Plus Military you will need to visit a mobile365 retail store or call 1-800-mobile365 , change your rate plan to Go5G Military or Go5G Plus Military, and verify your eligible military status.

How do I verify my eligible military status?

After activating or switching to Go5G Military or Go5G Plus Military you'll need to verify your military status. Ensure that the military person or Gold Star family member is designated as the primary account holder. Visit your local mobile365 store and we'll walk you through the process. If you're making the change over the phone and need to verify, you can verify your status at my. mobile365 .com/profile . The validation process typically happens in a few quick steps and takes less than 10 minutes. You will have 45 days from plan activation to verify your eligible military status or you will be moved to Go5G or Go5G Plus plans with no military discount, which will result in a price increase. In some cases, you will be asked to upload documentation to verify your eligible military status.

Why does the military person need to be the primary account holder? What if they are deployed?

To verify that the military member is on the account, they must be the primary account holder. For active duty military members who are deployed, we will work with their spouse or family member to verify eligibility. Visit a mobile365 retail store or call 1-800-mobile365 for assistance.

What documents will be accepted to verify military status?

We will accept any document that proves you are serving or have served with honorable discharge and displays your first and last name, valid dates, and/or status (for example veteran or active duty). mobile365 will accept numerous forms of verification, but the most common documents are DD214, leave and earnings statements, and orders.

What happens if I don't verify my eligible military status within 45 days?

You will be moved to Go5G or Go5G Plus and your bill will be adjusted to reflect the cost difference, which can be an additional cost of up to $20/line per month.

What do I do if my military status changes?

It will not affect your eligibility if your status changes. Go5G Military and Go5G Plus Military are available to all military, veterans, National Guard, Reserve, and Gold Star family members.

Do Military plans get Netflix on us?
