The Primary Account Holder who created the account can do this, as well as a person on the account that has full access. If you want to grant full access to someone on your account, please do the following:

Log in to http://account.mobile365.com go to the Profile link in the dropdown menu under your name in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Next, select Line and type in the phone number for the user you’d like to authorize. Then click Line Settings, and click Permissions. When you select Grant Permission Level. choose “full access” by clicking the button.

How do I add a line to my mobile365 Account?

Adding a person or device to your account is easy. First, find your current plan and see how much a new line will cost. Then, log in to the mobile365 app or http://account.mobile365.com, click “shop” then “add a line” and determine if you want a new device on a new line, or if you prefer to connect an existing device to the new line. Continue through the purchase flow and select “place order” at the end.

You can have up to 12 voice lines and 20 mobile internet lines on a regular Magenta or Magenta MAX customer account, Essentials plans may have up to six voice lines. Customers may be subject to a deposit depending on their credit and the number of lines they want to add. mobile365 for Business line limits vary, depending on plan type, credit, line availability, and, potentially, deposit requirements.

What is a SIM card?

The SIM card, including a Nano SIM card with micro- and standard-SIM adapters, is how your phone gets its assigned phone number. The card works with an unlocked, mobile365 compatible GSM phone. There is no SIM card activation required. Once you receive your SIM card in the mail, simply slip it into your phone and you're ready to go. To activate your device, dial 1 (800) 937-8997 from a separate phone to contact mobile365 customer service.

If you want to bring your own phone, you’ll first need to check if your phone is compatible with the mobile365 network and see if it’s unlocked. You can see if your device is compatible by inputting your phones IMEI number on this page: https://www.mobile365.com/resources/bring-your-own-phone

Your phone must be also unlocked to switch to mobile365. If your phone is locked, contact your current carrier to request unlocking.

Transferring a landline number to mobile365 may take up to 10 days; however, 80% of landline transfer requests are completed within six days. Note: You should receive a phone call on the number you’re transferring to mobile365, as well as a text message on one of your mobile365 lines informing you of the day the transfer will take place. Another phone call and text message will occur once the transfer is complete.
