The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), the successor as of 12/31/21 to the Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) program, is a government program to provide a discount on broadband service and to increase the adoption of broadband internet access service by consumers. One ACP discount per eligible household and is non-transferable across households. Eligible consumers may obtain ACP service from any participating provider and may transfer their ACP benefit to another participating provider at any time.
