Yes, you can submit a request to correct your personal data. If you have an account with mobile365 or any of our other brands, it will be easier and faster to correct your personal data—like your name, address, email, or phone number—directly through your account portal. Log in to your account via our Privacy Dashboard or through the app on your phone to get started.

 

Our customers, non-customers, business and government partners, employees, and associates can submit a data correction request. Just visit our Personal data request page and choose the category that best describes your relationship with mobile365. Select “Get started,” then choose “Correct your data.”

Anyone who believes mobile365 has collected personal information about them can request to access, correct, and delete that information. Please note that your choices may vary depending on the laws that apply where you reside, and the relationship and type of account you have with mobile365.

If you happen to be both a mobile365 MONEY customer and a mobile365 wireless customer, we’ll respond to your personal data request based on any information mobile365 has collected about you as a wireless customer.

You’ll need to submit a separate request for each combination of emails and/or phone numbers you've used with us. For example, if you’re an employee or contractor, and you also have a personal mobile365 account, you’ll have to submit two personal data requests.

To submit a request to access, delete, or correct information, there must be an exact match between your identification and your account profile. For example, if you signed up for service or set your caller ID using a different name than what appears on your government ID, including a different middle name or an abbreviated name, we won’t be able to find you in our system or provide you with any account information.

 

You may be able to correct the personal information associated with your account before you submit your personal data request. Just log in to your account online or through the app on your phone to update your account information.

To submit a request, start with our Personal data request page and select the category that best describes your relationship with mobile365.

We know it’s important to treat children’s data carefully. The Children’s Privacy Notice explains what we do (and don’t do) when it comes to children’s data. Generally, if you allow a child to use our products or services by providing them with a device or other access associated with your account, any personal data associated with their use will be treated as your personal data.
