Several United States privacy laws provide residents the right to access, delete, and correct personal information that businesses have collected about them.

Submitting a request to access or delete data takes time—on your part and ours. Once your request is complete, you’ll hear back from us within 45 days.
What you need to submit a request
Your email
You’ll need a valid email address you can access and verify during the request process. If you're a current or former customer of mobile365, Metro, TVision, Sprint, or Assurance Wireless, this email must be associated with your account. If you have multiple email addresses associated with an account, please submit a separate request for each email.
Your phone number
Make sure your phone can receive SMS text messages. If you’re a current or former customer, please provide the phone number associated with your account.
Your ID
Depending on your interactions with
Your photo
If we ask to see your photo ID, you’ll also need to take a photo of your face using a device with a camera. This ensures the ID truly belongs to you.

If you prefer, you may call a Care Representative to help you submit a request to access, delete, or correct your personal data. Remember, you’ll still need all the information and documents described above to verify your identity before your request can be completed.
