PIN/Passcode details

We use the PIN/Passcode to verify your identity when you contact customer service.

  • The PIN/Passcode can be updated in the mobile365 app or by logging in to your account on mobile365.
  • The PIN/Passcode is not the same as the password you use to log in to your account on the mobile365 app / mobile365. Check out the mobile365 ID page for more details.

 

Requirements

The PIN/Passcode must have 6-15 non-sequential numbers and cannot be any of the following:

  • Sequential (such as 3456789)
  • Repeating (such as 4444)
  • The beginning or end of the mobile number
  • A mobile number on the account or your Billing Account Number
  • Federal tax ID number, Social Security number, or date of birth

 

Update your PIN/Passcode

  1. Open the mobile365 app (learn how to install the app)
  2. Select MORE.
  3. Choose Profile settings.
  4. Select mobile365 ID.
  5. Select the PIN/Passcode section.
  6. Enter and confirm a new PIN/Passcode
  7. Select Save. You will be sent a text confirming the PIN/Passcode update request.

  1. Log in to your account on mobile365.
  2. Select the My Account dropdown.
  3. Choose Profile, then select the mobile365 ID section.
  4. Our systems will attempt to confirm your identity using two-factor authentication methods. Select your preferred method, then select Continue.
  5. In the PIN/Passcode section, select Edit.
  6. Enter the PIN/Passcode. Re-enter to confirm.
  7. Select Save. You will be sent a text confirming the PIN/Passcode update request.
