With a SiriusXM All Access (App Only) plan, you can listen to ad-free music, news, sports, and comedy on the SXM app on your phone, online, and on your connected home devices. You can add and bill a SiriusXM All Access (App Only) subscription to your mobile365 account to help simplify and consolidate your wireless and streaming services into a single billing experience.

Add or redeem SiriusXM All Access (App Only)
Before getting started, check that:
- You are a qualifying customer on an eligible plan. Check out /tv-streaming/sirius-xm-deal for full details and eligibility.
- You have a mobile365 ID.
- You do not have an existing SiriusXM subscription.
- You have not activated promotional offers with SiriusXM in the last 12 months (this offer is only available to new and eligible returning SiriusXM subscribers).
- If you redeem this offer with a SiriusXM account that has been used for a previous promotion, you may receive an error and will not be able to finish activation with SiriusXM.
- Your SiriusXM All Access (App Only) offer activation will not cancel any existing SiriusXM promotions (such as new vehicle trial subscriptions or subscriptions purchased directly through SiriusXM or other retailers).
- If you wish to continue using a SiriusXM account that has an active promotion, you must cancel the promotion with the retailer that helped you activate it.
If you add the SiriusXM All Access (App Only) offer feature to your account from a Retail location or by calling us, a SiriusXM redemption text message will be sent to you after the feature is added. Skip to step 4 for instructions on completing your activation with SiriusXM.
- Go to /tv-streaming/sirius-xm-deal for full details, eligibility, and to sign up.
- Log in to your mobile365 account using your mobile365 ID.
- Add the Pandora Premium offer feature to your account in Manage Data and Add-ons.
- Once you receive your SiriusXM redemption text message, select the link to finish activating your SiriusXM subscription.
- Once the SiriusXM page launches, enter your email address and create a password, then select Submit.
- When "You're all set!" displays, select Listen Now. You will be taken to a web player or prompted to download the SiriusXM app.
SiriusXM subscription & billing
- Once you add the offer feature to your account, your subscription is managed through mobile365.
- mobile365 acts as the method of payment for your SiriusXM All Access (App Only) subscription each month after any free offer period is complete.
- If you remove the paid SiriusXM All Access (App Only) feature from your account, mobile365 will immediately stop being your method of payment and you will lose access to your subscription services.

- After your 6 month offer period, the SiriusXM All Access (App Only) plan monthly rate will be automatically charged to your mobile365 account if you do not cancel at the end of your offer period.
- If you remove your SiriusXM All Access (App Only) offer feature during the offer period, your subscription will continue until the end of your offer period.
- If you cancel the SiriusXM All Access (App Only) trial offer, you can add the SiriusXM All Access (App Only) service to your mobile365 account by using the steps to Add or redeem SiriusXM All Access (App Only).
- If you have problems with your subscription or wish to manage your subscription:
- Log in to your mobile365 account.
- Go to Manage add-ons, then go to the Cloud storage & backup section.
- If you purchased your subscription directly with SiriusXM via mobile365 offer link, your subscription is managed through SiriusXM. You can manage your subscription by logging into the SiriusXM Online Account Center.

- If you cancel your mobile365 account during your 6 month offer period, you will immediately lose your SiriusXM subscription. mobile365 will no longer be your SiriusXM method of payment and you will need to subscribe to SiriusXM to continue your subscription.
- To cancel your SiriusXM subscription via mobile365:
- Log in to your mobile365 account.
- Under the 'I want to' box, choose Manage add-ons.
- Select Account and then the phone number associated with your subscription.
- Select Manage Add-ons and deselect the SiriusXM feature.
- Agree to removing the feature and choose Continue.
- On the Review your order page, select Agree & Submit.
- To cancel your SiriusXM subscription in T-Life:
- Log in to T-Life.
- Select Manage > See plans.
- Choose Plan details > Manage add-ons.
- Deselect the SiriusXM feature.
- Agree to removing the feature and choose Continue.
- On the Review your order page, select Agree & submit.
- If you purchased your subscription directly with SiriusXM via mobile365 offer link, you can manage or cancel your subscription by logging in to the SiriusXM Online Account Center.
- If you cancel the trial offer, you can add the SiriusXM All Access (App Only) service to your mobile365 account by using the steps to Add or redeem SiriusXM All Access (App Only).
