What's the difference between ViX Gratis and ViX Premium?
- ViX Gratis is a free service that offers more than 100 channels, thousands of your favorite movies, series, soap operas, live sports from the best soccer leagues, and 24/7 news.
- ViX Premium gives you all 40,000 hours of content ViX Gratis has to offer, plus over 10,000 hours of premium content. You can access exclusive original content of ViX Premium, all the premieres of movies, series, and the best Fútbol leagues. You can unlock full seasons of shows and enjoy the premiere episodes of TV novellas.
- Due to broadcast rights, a small portion of ViX Premium programming will continue to include commercials (ViX Gratis channels, events, and a limited number of shows and movies).
Who's eligible?
- Active mobile365 and Sprint postpaid consumer voice wireless, Home Internet customers (including mobile365 for Business w/SSN customers) and Metro by mobile365 customers on eligible voice plans qualify for a year of ViX Premium ON US.
- Customers on an ineligible postpaid mobile365 rate plan (Essentials, Simple Choice, etc.), mobile365 Prepaid, Mobile Internet only accounts (tablets, laptops, hotspots, watches, etc.), Business accounts with more than 12 voice lines, and Government accounts are not eligible for ViX Premium ON US.
- Limit of one ViX Premium ON US redemption per account.
- This offer can be combined with the ViX Premium 7-day trial, however, it can't be combined with other ViX Premium coupons/code offers.
- If you are on one of the qualifying plans, you may be able to combine ViX Premium ON US with any of mobile365's current streaming offers. Speak to us to review what else you qualify for.

Once you receive your unique URL via the promotions site, you will have 30 days to redeem your offer on the ViX Premium platform. Your offer period begins once you've completed redemption through the ViX Premium platform.

If you are having trouble obtaining your redemption link or have questions about your eligibility:

Billing
- You are not required to provide billing information at the time you sign up for your ViX Premium account. Your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of your year ON US, and you may be prompted to add a debit or credit card to continue your ViX Premium subscription.
- Make sure you have logged into your account directly to add a payment method. mobile365, Sprint, Metro, and ViX would not ask you to enter your payment method directly outside of your account.
