If I switch, will mobile365 pay my Early Termination Fees?

If you are currently under contract or your phone is financed with another eligible carrier, you can have your carrier’s remaining phone payment balance and/or early termination fees reimbursed up to $650 per line via virtual prepaid Mastercard when you switch to mobile365 (up to 2 lines).

Can I trade in my old phone for a new one when I switch to mobile365?

You can trade in your old, working phone or device for credit towards a new purchase with mobile365's Device Trade-In Program. It is not required that your trade-in device was purchased from mobile365. When you activate your mobile365 account, you can apply that trade-in credit to your bill. To get started, go to Phone Trade-In and follow the on-screen instructions.

Can I transfer my current contacts to my new phone? Can I transfer my current content to my new phone?

What is Go Back Guarantee?

This is a limited offer where if you switch to mobile365 and don’t love us, you can switch back to your previous carrier within 30 days of line activation and get a $50 rebate for each eligible line. To become eligible, you must activate a new account with at least 1 new voice line and bring your number (port-in) from a participating carrier (AT&T, Verizon, Spectrum, Claro, Liberty (Puerto Rico), Xfinity, and US Cellular. Your mobile365 account must also be in good standing.

Contact us prior to switching back to request payout. Complete the switch within 30 days of your account activation, and you’ll receive a $50 virtual prepaid Mastercard (no cash access & expires in 6 months) for each eligible line, up to 12 lines. One offer per subscriber. Allow 5 weeks for card to arrive.

Can I keep my phone when I switch to mobile365?

Yes, but first, check your phone’s compatibility with the mobile365 network. If you have questions, please call us at 1-800-mobile365 or visit your nearest mobile365 store.

Can I switch to mobile365 but keep the phone number I already have from another carrier?

Yes, it is possible to keep the number you already have from another wireless or landline carrier. First, check if your existing number is eligible for transfer to mobile365. If it is, simply follow the on-screen instructions displayed during check-out to authorize the transfer. We'll do the rest. In rare circumstances, we are unable to transfer a number to our network—usually because we don't have a transfer agreement with the original service provider. Be sure to keep your old phone and old account until your number is fully activated on your new mobile365 account for seamless service. If you are interested in a prepaid phone and transferring your number to mobile365visit your nearest mobile365 store.
