  • We recommend protecting your phone or device at the time of purchase, but if you prefer to add Protection 360™ afterward, the device will need to pass a visual mechanical inspection in a mobile365 store. Adding Protection 360™ is optional and may be canceled at any time. In New York, other plans are available. For more information about the New York plans visit mytmoclaim.com/nybrochure. Protection 360™ is not available for mobile365 prepaid customers.

  • Yes, Protection 360™ may be added to eligible devices on a mobile365 for Business account.

  • The monthly cost for Protection 360™ can range from $7 to $25 (+ applicable tax) per device, depending on your device type.

  • The service fee/deductible is based on your device model and type of claim, which will be collected at the time your claim is approved. For complete plan details, including benefits, exclusions, deductibles, limits and disclosures, visit: mytmoclaim.com/deductible.aspx.

  • You get unlimited repairs and replacements if your device is accidentally damaged (including front screen and back glass repair) or has mechanical and/or electrical failures. For loss and theft, you get up to five claims in any rolling 12-month period based on the date of the first replacement.

  • Apple may provide service and technical support for eligible devices with Protection 360™ through AppleCare Services. If you have a non-mobile365 branded (BYOD) device, AppleCare Services may not be included.

    If your Apple device is eligible for AppleCare Services, this service is available during the first 24 months from the date you enroll in Protection 360™ and as long as your plan coverage remains uninterrupted.

  • If you purchase an eligible screen lens protector from mobile365 for the covered device and maintain enrollment in Protection 360™, you can get it replaced in-store at no additional cost.

    Note: excludes liquid glass screen protectors.

  • McAfee® Security for mobile365, accessible via the McAfee® Security for mobile365 app, provides privacy and identity protection to give you the confidence to explore freely online — anywhere, anytime. McAfee® Security for mobile365 with ID Theft Protection helps you:

    • Keep your identity and devices secure from online threats, including the latest viruses and malware.
    • Steer clear of phishing by blocking malicious websites automatically so you can browse safely.
    • Be warned of unsecured Wi-Fi connections and hotspots.
    • Scan and monitor your personal data online with breach alerts and protection tips.
    • Cancel and reissue wallet contents like your ID, credit cards, medical cards and more if you lose your wallet.

  • McAfee® Security for mobile365 with ID Protection supports PCs, Macs, smartphones and tablets running the following operating systems:

    You can add the McAfee® Security for mobile365 with ID Protection software to up to 10 eligible household devices.

  • JUMP!® Upgrades is an early device upgrade benefit for mobile365 Protection 360™ customers. With JUMP!® Upgrades, you’re eligible to upgrade your qualifying current device that you purchased on a monthly payment plan once you've paid 50% of the device cost.

  • As part of Protection 360™ you get access to extra benefits available in the Protection 360™ app by Assurant®. Those benefits include:

    • Access to unlimited live technical support via call or chat for all your smart devices.
    • Easily view your coverage details, service fee/deductible information and program terms.
    • Quick links to other benefits and apps included in Protection 360™.
    • Easily file and track a claim. 
    • Troubleshoot your device with helpful device-specific step-by-step guides.

    Once you’ve enrolled in Protection 360™, be sure to download and register for the Protection 360™ app by Assurant®.

Got questions about claims?

  • Customers can easily file a claim online at mytmoclaim.com, in the Protection 360™ app by Assurant®, or by calling Assurant® directly at 1-866-866-6285.

    For loss/theft claims, you may need to call mobile365 to suspend service. You may also be required to disable the Find My feature prior to making a claim and before sending back your device. Remember to file a claim within the timeframe indicated in your coverage documents.

    To file a claim, you will need the following:

    • Device details, including the make and model, and information explaining what happened to your damaged or lost device. 
    • Contact info. Have your my.mobile365.com user ID and password handy so we can verify your identity. We may also ask you for your picture ID in the claims process.
    • Payment method for service fee/deductible. 
    • Shipping information (domestic U.S. only).

    You may be required to provide additional documentation (such as a proof of loss form) to process your claim.

  • When you file a claim, we’ll present you with the replacement option available to you, which may include service through Apple for eligible devices, device replacement through JUMP!® Upgrades, advanced exchange replacement by mail or a repair service.

    If your claim is authorized for replacement:

    • It will be replaced with a reconditioned device of like kind and quality. If a reconditioned device isn’t available, we’ll replace it with a new device of like kind and quality. Device color may vary depending on availability.
    • It will be shipped the next business day, when available, at no additional cost to you once your claim is approved by Assurant®.
    • You’ll have 10 days to return your damaged device to avoid a non-return fee. Prepaid shipping materials and instructions on how to return the device will be provided.

    If your claim is authorized for walk-in repair:

    • You’ll receive a notification with the repair location. 
    • Replacement parts used for repairs will come from our authorized servicer’s inventory. This may include reconditioned, rebuilt or new parts of like kind and quality to the original device parts.
  • Once a claim is approved, your replacement device will be shipped overnight, at no charge when available, for delivery within one to two business days. Claim approvals may take up to several days depending on the type of claim and timely receipt of all needed documentation. Holidays may impact shipping times.   • Once your claim is approved, a service fee or deductible may be due, based on your device tier and claim type (plus tax), via credit card, debit card or eCheck. Visit mytmoclaim.com/deductible for more details.
