I am an Apple TV+ customer and I pay monthly through Apple. How will Apple TV+ On Us work for me?

Once you redeem the Apple TV+ On Us promotion, your paid Apple TV+ subscription will pause and Apple TV+ On Us through mobile365 will take over. Once the mobile365 offer period is over (if applicable), pay $6.99 per month. Cancel anytime.

Can I cancel Apple TV+ at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your Apple TV+ subscription through mobile365 anytime. mobile365 customers can cancel their subscription through the mobile365 app or online at my.mobile365.com by removing the Apple TV+ feature. If you subscribed to Apple TV+ prior to receiving this promotion through mobile365, check your profile settings to see if you need to cancel with Apple as well. Sprint & mobile365 for Business customers can cancel their subscription through Apple.

Can I combine this deal with another trial or Apple TV+ promotion from mobile365?
  • You cannot combine the Apple TV+ On Us for 6 Months promotional trial with the previous One Year of Apple TV+ On Us promotional trial; each account may only redeem one Apple TV+ trial from mobile365.
  • You can receive the Apple TV+ On Us included benefit with Magenta MAX, even if your account has already received a promotional trial from mobile365.

I’m already on a free trial for Apple TV+, will I lose my settings or content if I take advantage of this promotion?

No. Because your Apple ID stays the same, all settings and history continue and are not impacted by taking advantage of this offer.

Are there commercials? And can I watch on demand?

Apple TV+ is always commercial-free. All shows are available on demand once released. Some shows release all episodes at once. Other shows add new episodes every Friday.

How do I redeem my Apple TV+ On Us?

mobile365 postpaid wireless consumers click here to log into your mobile365 account and add your offer. Once you add your Apple TV+ On Us feature, you will be prompted to activate your subscription with Apple. If someone other than the Primary Account Holder attempts to redeem with Apple, Apple will send the Primary Account Holder a One-Time PIN for verification. If there is no Primary Account Holder designated on the account, the oldest phone number will become the designated phone number.

I just bought a new Apple device directly from Apple, and they offer a free trial of Apple TV+ with purchase. Can I stack mobile365’s promotion with Apple’s promotion?

Apple’s free trial is via coupon/code and will not combine with mobile365’s Apple TV+ On Us through integrated billing. To receive both Apple’s 3 month trial and mobile365’s promotional trial, you must wait until the Apple trial has finished before adding the mobile365 feature.

How many subscriptions can I have on my account?

You may have one active Apple TV+ subscription per account. One Apple TV+ subscription can be shared with up to 5 family members (up to 6 people total).

Can I combine this deal with another promotion?

Apple TV+ On Us, including the 6-month trial, can be combined with any of mobile365’s service and device promotions.

I’ve already had one free trial of Apple TV+ through another company, can I still get this deal from mobile365?

Yes! Customers on Go5G Plus and equivalent voice rate plans get Apple TV+ On Us included as a plan benefit. For customers on Go5G plans and equivalent voice rate plans, as long as you have not received a promotional trial of Apple TV+ from mobile365, you can take advantage of Apple TV+ On Us for 6 months.
